Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at LS Supreme Mesh. We strive to provide the highest quality wire mesh products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy outlines the conditions and processes for returns and refunds, specifically tailored to comply with Google Shopping guidelines.
1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for an eligible item.
2. Eligible Item Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be new, unused, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).
Non-returnable items: Custom-sized mesh, cut-to-order rolls, or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, LS Supreme Mesh will cover the full cost of return shipping.
- Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: If you are returning the product because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
4. Restocking Fees
We do NOT charge any restocking fees for returned items.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team within the 14-day return window.
- Email us at lssuprememesh@gmail.com or call us at 9810103247 with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and further shipping instructions.
- Ship the item to our return address using a trackable shipping service.

7. Refund Process & Timeframe
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer for COD orders).
- Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable unless the item was defective.
