Welcome to LS Supreme Mesh. We are committed to delivering your wire mesh and industrial products safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy details our processing, handling, and delivery timelines to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship our products Pan India (all over India). Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate delivery address with a valid PIN code during checkout to avoid any delays.
2. Order Processing & Handling Time
Once you place an order, our team begins processing it immediately.
- Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (IST) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
3. Shipping Transit Time
Delivery times depend on your location within India and the shipping method used by our logistics partners.
- Standard Transit Time: Deliveries typically take between 3 to 7 business days after the order has been dispatched from our facility.
- Remote or hard-to-reach locations may take slightly longer.
4. Shipping Costs
Since wire mesh products vary greatly in weight and dimensions, shipping costs are calculated dynamically.
- Calculated Rates: Shipping charges will be calculated and communicated to you at the time of order confirmation or during the final checkout stage based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location.
- There are no hidden fees. All shipping costs will be transparent before you make any final payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a shipping confirmation via email or WhatsApp, including a tracking number (AWB) and a link to track your package through our carrier's website.
6. Damages During Shipping
We take extreme care in packaging our industrial mesh products. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and arranging a replacement or refund.
